We are Alistair & Georgina Strang and we've accomplished the dream by escaping to Argyll while we're still young enough to enjoy it and old enough to buy a house here!

Gwen and Charlotte (Charley) pictured above are our own dogs, spoiled rotten and walked for miles daily. We're happy to accept two (or so) other dogs at a time, so if you're going on holiday or even taking a long weekend, get in touch. Obviously, we need to meet your dogs first and you will wish to meet us also. We are most emphatically not offering a kennelling service!

Oh, both Gwen and Charley have been 'done', Gwen because of a puppy infection, Charley due to horrible hip dysplasia. Charley swims daily to combat her problem and it is working out perfectly.

Prior to moving here, we'd rather a lot of experience looking after other peoples dogs. For some reason, friends and relatives always leave their pets with us (and most of them we wouldn't ever trust with our dogs!) Last year, we'd to go to South Africa for 12 days and had a dreadful job finding someone with whom we could comfortably board our pets. Eventually, we discovered a local retired couple who 'only' charged £15/dog per night. As you'll gather, we prefer not to put our dogs into kennels.
